"Training The Flushing Spaniel" Cacchio Clinics
Scheduled in WI
The Great Lakes American Cocker Spaniel Hunting Enthusiasts and
Fancier's Cocker Spaniel Club of Southern Wisconsin together
with Purina, will host a series of two, "Training the Flushing
Spaniel" clinics presented by the acclaimed trainer, Ray
Cacchio of Pondview Kennels, Staatsburg, NY
The first seminar is scheduled for June 20, 21 and 22 at Bong
Recreational Park in southern Wisconsin with the second at the
same location on September 26, 27, and 28. Participating in both
seminars offers the owner/handler opportunities to work with
Ray and develop training techniques for their dog through the
summer, continued with a follow up session in the fall.
Ray is winner of the prestigious U.S. National ESS Open Championship
in 1987 and 1991. For more than 39 years he has trained top winning
field dogs, and is especially talented with spaniels including
the American Cocker.
